Tutorial 4

We did the AON for our project. It gives us a clearer picture of the datelines and duration for each task given. However, it's quite confusing in the calculations and predecessors.

We did the Gantt chart using Microsoft Project. It is quite complicated to use using this software though. I would prefer drawing it out on a paper.

Resource requirement - 2 fridges, 5 booths, products (snacks, drinks, beach wears, keychains, mugs, balloons and tins for games)
